Now that I'm retired, I do not have easy access to a stand-alone fax machine with which to fax a signed copy of the ILAS 2008, Payment by credit card form.  So, I am wondering about alternatives.  Suppose I were to e-mail you my credit card information.  You could then have my credit card charged the $200 registration fee plus $110 for two banquet tickets (me and my wife).  When I show up in Cancun, I can sign whatever authorization you still require as a condition for being given whatever it is paid-up participants are given at registration.
Please let me know if this alternative procedure will work.
Sincerely,
Russ Merris
