Dear Professor Verde

Two of my 2 PhD students and my research fellow will accompany me to the ILAS meeting in Cancun.
There is no financial problem with these trips, however two of them will need an official letter from you for the application for Mexican visa.
Could you please send me (or them) formal invitation letters?

I am not sure whether faxed letters are acceptable by the Mexican embassy. If you are sure you may send them to the fax number below.
